Redwood City, California – September 3, 2026 – Omnistrate, the platform for automating enterprise-ready deployments, announced today that it has achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Operations Competency, with validated in Operations Management, Monitoring and Observability, and Cloud Financial Management. The new AWS Cloud Operations Competency allows customers to select validated AWS Partners who offer comprehensive solutions with an integrated approach across different solution areas. As an AWS Cloud Operations Competency Partner, Omnistrate has demonstrated expertise in helping ISVs build a strong and scalable foundation for their end-to-end cloud operations.

IT operations are at the heart of every organization. It can be time-consuming and challenging for ISVs to determine the best way to set up their organization for operational excellence. Without the right model for operating at cloud scale, organizations can struggle to balance security, compliance, and operational safety with the need for innovation, speed, and agility. Builders can run into difficult deployments that result in errors, and downtime in mission-critical applications. Many of these issues are caused by ISVs focusing on one area of Cloud Operations over others, resulting in them missing the opportunity to generate a larger ROI during their digital transformation. AWS Cloud Operations Competency Partners have proven customer success in delivering solutions to help customers deploy and operate securely and efficiently with an integrated approach to Cloud Operations.

The AWS Cloud Operations Competency differentiates AWS Partner Network (APN) members with significant expertise in providing cross-functional guidance across Cloud Operations. Omnistrate follows AWS best practices and has demonstrated experience across three solution areas:

Operations Management — Omnistrate helps software companies automate the deployment and ongoing operation of customer workloads on AWS. The platform provides centralized lifecycle and fleet management capabilities including provisioning, configuration, upgrades, scaling, operational telemetry, and operational workflows across deployments.

Monitoring and Observability — Omnistrate provides operational visibility across customer deployments, enabling software providers to monitor the health and performance of their infrastructure and application fleets. This helps teams identify issues, understand deployment health, and operate distributed customer environments from a centralized control plane.

Cloud Financial Management — Omnistrate helps software providers understand, manage, and monetize resource consumption across customer deployments through usage metering, cost visibility, customer billing and invoicing, and end-to-end cloud marketplace integration supporting consumption-based business models.

Achieving the AWS Cloud Operations Competency across Operations Management, Monitoring and Observability, and Cloud Financial Management validates a core part of what we built Omnistrate to do, said Kamal Gupta, CEO and co-founder of Omnistrate. Software companies increasingly need to operate their products across single-tenant SaaS, BYOC, and private deployments without building a separate operational stack for every deployment. Omnistrate gives them the control plane to automate lifecycle operations, gain end-to-end visibility, and understand and monetize resource consumption across every customer environment.

AWS is enabling scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions from startups to global enterprises. To support the seamless integration and deployment of these solutions, AWS established the AWS Competency Program to help customers identify AWS Partners with deep industry experience and expertise.

This allows engineering and operations teams to manage distributed software fleets consistently without building and maintaining separate operational systems for every deployment model. Omnistrate's control plane supports lifecycle operations, observability, metering, cost management, and governance across cloud and customer environments.

At DataRobot, agility and resilience define our approach. With Omnistrate, we've built a unified control plane that optimizes our AI platform's performance, enabling seamless multi-cloud delivery, rapid deployment, and higher multi-cloud uptime.
