Judging Criteria - The Blueprint for Success

    Completed prerequisites (signup, install CLI, AI-assistant integration)

    Build your PaaS distribution channel with a self-serve customer portal

    Deploy application instances to demonstrate multi-tenant and multi-cloud deployments

    Verify the deployment by connecting to the application

    Verify the default capabilities - health monitoring, audit logs, access control

    Submit a short video (up-to 5 mins)

    Enable parameterized deployments

    Setup CI/CD with another environment

    Demonstrate automated, per-tenant, versioned upgrades

    Enable observability for customers and internal operations

    Enable metering for per-tenant usage data

    Configure the branding for your customer portal

    Enable SSO with Google or Github for your customer portal

    Extend your Product with a different tenant isolation

    Configure a notification channel for deployment alert

How to Submit Your Project

Follow these steps to ensure your project is properly submitted and reviewed.

    Record Video

    Prepare a short demo video (up to 5 minutes) showcasing your product and key features.

  2. 2

    GitHub & Email Submission

    Create a folder for your project under:

    https://github.com/omnistrate-community/kubecon-2025-na-submissions

      Name the folder after your project.

      Add your code and documentation to that folder.

      Open a Pull Request for review.

      Email the Pull Request link to [email protected] with the subject:[Final Submission] <Your Project Name>
